If your country is not listed above, the free shipping threshold is the equivalent of USD 54.99 in your local currency, converted automatically and shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders below the threshold are charged a flat shipping rate, displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, the European Union, or Japan, depending on your delivery location. You are never charged customs or handling fees that are not shown to you at checkout.

Delivery estimates are counted in business days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. They exclude weekends, public holidays, and any delay caused by customs inspection.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all shipments. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union from our EU warehouse, and orders delivered within the United States from our US warehouse, are shipped domestically and are not subject to customs charges or import duties.

Orders shipped from our Japan warehouse cross an international border. Depending on your country's rules and the value of your order, import duties, VAT, or a carrier handling fee may be charged on delivery. These are set by your own customs authority, are not collected by Nio Teas, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you would like an estimate before ordering, contact us and we will help you check.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the shipment and coordinate directly with the local postal service to assist with delivery.
